The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Control (ISSN 1859 - 0055) is an official publication managed by the National Institute of Drug Quality Control (NIDQC). Formerly known as the Journal of Drug Testing, it was renamed and re-licensed under License No. 204/GP-BTTTT dated July 29, 2024, issued by the Minister of Information and Communications. Accordingly, the journal is published quarterly, with one issue at the end of March, June, September, and December each year. All issues are published in both print and electronic formats, and the June issue is published in English.

1. Mission and Objectives:

- To provide information on the activities of the National Institute of Drug Quality Control as well as updates on the nationwide system of drug and cosmetic testing laboratories.

- In accordance with the publishing schedule (for the print version) and legal regulations (for the electronic version) to regularly publish scientific research papers in the fields of drug, raw material, and cosmetic analysis and control.

2. Accessing Published Information:

- Printed issues are distributed by the National Institute of Drug Quality Control.

- Electronic issues are accessible online at http://jpcc.vn or http://tapchikiemnghiem.vn.
