Nghiên cứu định lượng đồng thời perindopril arginin, amlodipin besylat và indapamid trong viên nén bằng phương pháp sắc ký lỏng hiệu năng cao

Abstract

Objectives: To develop and validate a procedure for the simultaneous quantifing perindopril arginine (PER), amLodipine besylate (AML) và indapamide (IND) in tablet by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: PER, AML and IND were simultaneously determined by HPLC using a Reliant C18 Column (100 Å, 5 µm, 4,6 mm × 150 mm), column temperature of 26°C, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detector UV at 215 nm, injection volume was 20 µL, mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid in water with a gradient program; validated according to ICH guideline. Results: The validation results for system suitability, specificity, linearity, precision, and accuracy showed that this mthod conformed to the ICH requirements. Conclusion: The quantitative method can be used to simultaneously quantify PER, AML and IND in tablet.
