Peer Review Process
The Journal implements a submission, peer review, and editorial decision process in accordance with the principles of transparency, objectivity, and academic quality assurance. All submitted manuscripts are initially screened for formatting and compliance with publication ethics (including plagiarism checks) before being sent for double-blind peer review. Each manuscript is evaluated by one independent expert for its originality, scientific contribution, and research methodology. Based on the reviewer’s comments, the Editorial Board decides to accept the manuscript, request revisions (which may involve one or more rounds), or reject it. Authors are responsible for addressing the reviewers’ comments, providing explanations, and revising the manuscript within the specified timeframe. The final version is published only after all academic and technical requirements have been fully met, and all ethical and copyright regulations have been strictly observed. The entire manuscript handling process is monitored, documented, and may be publicly disclosed in summary form when necessary, in order to ensure transparency and accountability.
